Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, International Relations, Engineering or a related field and 2 years of work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, International Relations, Engineering or a related field and 1 year of work experience.

Must have 1 year of quantitative and qualitative strategy consulting experience.

Must have 1 year of experience structuring the work plan, including conducting fact-based analysis, developing and testing alternative hypotheses, and designing new strategies with clients.

Must have 1 year of experience in rigorous data analysis in support of hypothesis development.

Must have 1 year of experience in at least 2 of the following providing growth strategy, covering the strategic planning process, operating model design, competitive analysis, brand strategy, strategic investment analysis, or enterprise cost reduction.

Must have 1 year of experience collaborating with cross-functional internal and client teams.

Must have 1 year of experience in written and oral presentations to client stakeholders.

Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, to serve client needs.

As part of a team, help clients define and plan effective execution of their strategic direction and vision. Analyze data and develop solutions to complex and unstructured problems on end-to-end client engagements and significant work streams. Assist in advising clients on how to translate corporate strategy and business insight into change to impact the client’s organization or functions within it. Advise on the strategic planning process and growth strategy, including pricing, marketing and innovation goals. Provide technical guidance and share knowledge with team members with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services focusing on more complex, judgmental and/or specialized issues. Demonstrate technical capabilities and professional knowledge.
